A good few days

Here is the picture I promised from Saturday night at my house.

Dad has had a few pretty good days. He was able to go to church on Sunday, out to eat, then home for a restful afternoon. He is still bloated, but seems to feel a little better staying off of the j-tube feedings. He is eating, just in very little portions.

He also went in to town today and worked out at the fitness center for awhile. He is trying to make himself do things. Some days are better than others.

Since things have calmed down a bit, I am going to only update every few days, unless things seem to be changing. Thank you again for all your support and prayer. We could not be going through this without you all.

In Him, JJ and all the Janszen Kids

Your updates are truly a godsend. I check several times a day to be sure that I have the latest. Glad to hear that you may be able to move beyond the constant posts, though. God is good!

Hi Mike & Jan I just figured out how to write you. Yes, I am just a country girl "Vernon Texas". I just really need to let you know that not one day goes by that I do not think of you all. Some days when I am sitting at my desk, I can hear Mike saying "JORDAN" I really do miss that. Mike remember when we were at Glenview Hospital, and you tracked "Horse Poop" down the hall!! I just knew that nurse "MCFARLAND" WAS going to beat you up!!! Remember we call her sergeant. I think pulling Dr. Bob's hair piece off was the funniest thing that happened to me. Mike, I really did enjoy working with you all these years. Mike, I need to let you know that your strength and your faith in our LORD has always been uplifting to me as, as well as your employees. Well, there is more on my heart, but I guess I better get to work. Please take care of yourself, and please do not plow the north 40!! Love you and your family. Linda

There a lot of good memories.Mike please take care of yourself, and don't plow the NORTH 40!!! If there is one thing I know, you are a strong will person, and when it get's tough you are alway your strongest. Hopefull you will get this.My prayers are with you and family. Love you all. Praise God that he got to do such things this week! God is so good and He is healing Mr. Mike! I am praying for you guys and think of you soooo often! I, too, check this several times a day! I enjoy getting pictures to show what an improvement!!! He looks GREAT! Raylee started ballet last week and it was such a joy to see her! Jamie is such a special person to me!!! God has done an incredible work in the life of your family - what a story to tell and share God's love, grace, and mercy.
Love to you all!

I have not left a comment every day, but have checked on you many times daily. Ray and I pray for you and your family without ceasing.•• We serve a healing Savior, Jesus Christ. Jesus heals today, for He "is the same yesterday and today and forever" (Hebrews 13:8).

God is good all the time!
All our love in HIM.

We pray for you several times each day. Hope each day you begin to see more steps going forward than backwards.

Good to see you have been able to get out some.
If determination helps with recovery then you are on your way!

We love each of you

Dear Mike & Jan,
We think about you both all the time and know how hard this has been for you both, so we just pray for you and your family. If we could do anything for you, it would be an honor so please let us know. What an inspiration you both have been to so many of us. We can do anything with God. JJ, thanks for the wonderful, updated website. It has been just awesome!
Love to you all, Bill & Sandra Bayne
