Home from Colorado

These are from a few weeks ago, when Mom and Dad went to see Jamie, Clint, Raylee and Ryder.

Mom and Dad arrived home yesterday from a very relaxing time in Colorado. They said they sat by the fire and read most of the time. Sounds wonderful doesn't it!! They really enjoyed themselves and Dad did well up in the altitude. They came back a day early because one of Dad's old football coaches from HEB died this past weekend. Dad was asked to speak at the funeral, which he did today, and he did a great. We prayed for strength, and for breath as he spoke, and God gave him both. Mom said they are now going to settle back in to home, and continue working on the healing process, and the strength and weight gain again. We are so thankful that they were able to have a nice time in Colorado, and so thankful they made it back home safely.

Keep praying for strength for Dad to work out, and a desire to eat.

Thank you, JJ

I am so thankful your parents had a good time in the mountains. It is so beautiful this time of year. I am actually in Durango with Jacob and Rebekah right now. (Ryan couldn't come because of school). The colors and weather have been amazing. I will be heading back home tomorrow. The kids have had so much fun playing with their cousins.
Tell your mom and dad Steve and I are needin' a visit when they get settled back into their routine.
Love you guys. Will keep on praying.....
